Petit Palace Santa Barbara - Madrid

Well-equipped and brand-new room with ample space, a balcony plus a laptop, competent staff at the reception desk🙂

The staff were competent and excellent; we had an early check-in. It was an amazing and fantastic location near Paseo de Recoletos and Salamanca and the most important monuments, sites and museums. Furthermore, in the nearby square......  

Our room was great including a balcony facing the plaza, spacious, fresh, modern, the laptop included was awsome to have, etc.

Nothing special, just missing a mirror in the bedroom.

The breakfast is poor. There is no bar at the hotel and no service. If you wish to heat baby's food or hot water you can't do it in the hotel. Had to do it outside. The hotel is not good to travel with small children.

Loved it, location wise one of the best barrios in madrid, close to the metro station, very nice cervecerias close to the hotel! The room was really nice very comfortable after a ong walk around the city. I would definetely...  

We truly appreciated the spacious family room and the delightful breakfast variety. The evening dinner in the restaurant was exceptional, topping off a wonderful stay filled with attentive staff and close metro access.

Reception staff is excellent with good smiling on face. They are able to satisfy our needs and questions during our stay. Excellent wifi which is able to surf online at anytime. New hotel where cleanliness is perfect. Enough hot...

The noise from the nearby nightlife was disruptive!!! Unpleasant findings in the room regarding cleanliness are just unacceptable!!! Bathroom ventilation needs urgent improvement to prevent high humidity!!!

The location was excellent, close to the metro station and the center of the city. The laptops in the rooms are a good choice, and the internet connection worked as a charm. Also, the breakfast was...  

Front desk was friendly and spoke English. Location was accessible to many sites. Room looked very modern. Breakfast buffet was good. Rooms were very spacious.

Over priced for what you get.

Very clean; efficient and friendly staff; laptop with internet access in our room; great location; good breakfast; 2nd time staying in this hotel; would book here again.

Sometimes you can hear street noise (people talking) during the night- not disturbing noise, but enough to realize that the Spanish know how to have a good time

Staff were very helpful all the time especially helping us print our boarding cards. The facilities were good esp the free use of the computer in our room.
